Meet Keith Holt. Back in January 2018, he was 407 lbs and decided that he was slowly killing himself with food. He started a weekly VLOG to keep himself on track, got to exercising, and took us along on his journey.

"I started this Vlog not only to lose weight, but also to get myself in shape to go back to Rocky Mountain National Park, to go back to Longs Peak, and take that hike from the bottom to the top. So for me to realistically do this, I have to completely transform my body from where I am now, to where I need to be."

Week 1: 407 lbs

Longs Peak is at an elevation of 14,259 ft and one of the most prominent mountains in Colorado, and the northernmost fourteener (a peak higher than 14,000 ft) of the Rocky Mountains.

Week 6: 361.1 lbs

Six months to the day (181 days), Keith managed to lose 130 lbs with only exercise and dieting, and reach his goal of climbing all the way to the top of Longs Peak. Congrats, Keith!

Keith recently showed up in a Reddit Thread to thank everyone for their congratulations and talk about what his life has been like since July where we leave him in this video:
